1. Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of the PDFs and study materials sold on resources.englishwithdivya.com, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be "returned".

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products after the payment is completed and the download link/email has been provided.

3. Delivery Issues

If you experience any technical issues downloading your purchased PDF, or if you did not receive the email containing your PDF, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will ensure the product is delivered to you manually.
